Card-Driven Training Sessions

Every run in Deck Fit: Shape Up Strategy starts with a hand drawn from a personal deck. Each card is either an exercise or a recovery action, and every one lists its effect on your character's attributes alongside an energy cost. You choose which cards to play, watching a fatigue meter that rises as you push harder. The design rewards reading the deck and planning ahead rather than clicking through random options.

Fatigue, Energy, and Rest

The central tension is effort versus recovery. High fatigue lowers the payoff of later training cards, so a session that looks productive on turn one can stall by turn five. Recovery cards bring tiredness down, buying room for more effective workouts. Deciding when to rest and when to spend energy is the skill the game tests most directly.

Competition Events

At set points, your character enters a competition. The outcome depends on current form and remaining energy, which means the training choices made earlier in the run determine whether you place well. Because events are known in advance, you can aim your deck toward the attributes a specific competition demands instead of building evenly.

Roguelike Structure and Interface

Cards and obstacles are randomized each run, so no two sessions follow the same pattern. You adapt to what you draw rather than executing a fixed build order. The game runs in desktop browsers, supports full screen, and uses simple controls that let new players learn by playing. It is free to play.
